1. Acceptance of Terms

2.2 Account Creation

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You are permitted to register only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we discover that you have opened more than one account, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any transactions or bets placed through such accounts, and forfeit any balances or winnings associated with those accounts without refund.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pph456 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pph456 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

pph456 Services are intended solely for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law is strictly forbidden. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to our Services from any geographic location at our sole discretion.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

pph456 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, InstaPay, PESONet, and direct bank transfers from authorized Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Security Bank. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Deposits are typically credited to your pph456 account within sixty (60) seconds for e-wallet transactions and up to one (1) business day for bank transfers. pph456 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees which are your sole responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pph456 in writing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. pph456 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

Certain bonuses, promotions, and deposits may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount or deposit amount before funds become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are disclosed in the applicable bonus terms and promotional materials. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings. Standard deposits without bonus activation are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn immediately, subject to our anti-money laundering policies which may require at least one (1) qualifying bet to be placed.

3.4 Currency

All financial transactions on pph456 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate provided by our payment processors, which may include conversion fees charged by third parties.

4. Gameplay Rules and Policies

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or pph456 staff members

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. pph456 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the Philippine National Police Anti-Cybercrime Group and PAGCOR.

4.3 Game Rules

Each game available on pph456 has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts, betting limits, and special features. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and take precedence over any general or promotional descriptions. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that particular game.

4.4 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are final once accepted by pph456 systems. You are responsible for reviewing the details of your bet before confirming. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in an erroneous bet acceptance or payout, pph456 reserves the right to void such bets and transactions. Any funds erroneously credited to your account must be returned immediately upon request. Continued use of erroneously credited funds may be treated as fraud and result in account termination and legal action.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use pph456 Services solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine l aw, in no event shall pph456 Gaming Corporation, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use pph456 Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on pph456 Services; (iii) any content obtained from pph456 Services; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (v) any gambling losses incurred through use of our Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

In no event shall pph456's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of pph456 Services exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the claim, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000), whichever is less.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless pph456 Gaming Corporation, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your violation of these Terms; (ii) your use of pph456 Services, including but not limited to your gameplay activity, deposits, withdrawals, and communications; (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or (iv) any fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of warranty made by you.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, you agree to first contact pph456 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial contact, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or, if PAGCOR so requires, to the appropriate PAGCOR adjudicatory body. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate as a class member in any class action lawsuit against pph456.

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your pph456 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. Self-excluded accounts cannot be closed until the self-exclusion period expires.

11.2 Termination by pph456

pph456 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, fraudulent activity, or at the direction of PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities. Upon termination for cause, all bonuses, pending winnings, and potentially all account balances may be forfeited. If your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, you are prohibited from re-registering or creating new accounts.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law provisions.

12. Amendments and Communication

pph456 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending email notifications to registered users. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or SMS, or by contacting customer support. Transactional communications (account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, security alerts) cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or games, constitute the entire agreement between you and pph456 Gaming Corporation regarding your use of pph456 Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by pph456 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of pph456 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without pph456's prior written consent. pph456 may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder at any time without restriction and without your consent.

13.5 Force Majeure

pph456 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
